When you send us a gift brief or buy a TLC Collection, we collect the information you provide — such as the recipient's details, the occasion, your budget, your contact details, and delivery address — solely to curate and deliver your gift order.
What we collect
- Your name and contact details (email, and phone number if provided)
- Information about the gift recipient and occasion, as shared in your brief
- Delivery address, where applicable
- Any other details you choose to include in your brief to help us curate the gift
How we use it
We use this information only to prepare, curate, and deliver your order, and to communicate with you about it. We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately opt in to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's necessary to fulfil your order — for example, courier services for delivery. Your enquiry is submitted via Tally, a third-party form provider, who process and store your submission securely on our behalf. Payments for TLC Collections are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as needed to complete your order and for basic business record-keeping, such as accounting requirements.
Your rights
